If you need to build, improve, or occupy any residential or commercial building, you must schedule the necessary inspections and submit the applicable forms to the Building Department.  You can obtain forms by following the link to the Online Forms page.  Occupancy Inspections are valid for one (1) year from the approved date or a change in occupancy, whichever is longer.
